Project background

Retail sales team of Electricity supplier, VSE, wanted to create new targeting model for energy consultancy to increase performance and boost sales. The aim was to choose prospective customers with higher propensity to buy.

Our approach

A good performing model requires enough data to work with. Firstly, with a new approach, all relevant data were gathered to one place for the new model to deploy an advanced AI algorithm. Then, the model analyzed the data of prospective customers and made recommendations on who is the best target group to focus on. This group serves to the retail sales team as a „base“ for energy consulting offers.
